Who we are

Bitkingz belongs to Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958, and we hold E-gaming licence No. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. By using our website you agree to these terms and our website policies. We may change the terms when needed and will tell players about significant changes where possible.

Who can play

Users from Australia, Austria, Belarus, Comoros, Cyprus, France, Georgia, Germany, Iran, Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Poland, Russia, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, including their territories, cannot make deposits or play for real money with us. You must be at least 18 years old, or of the legal age for online gaming where you live, and you are responsible for following the laws of your country. We may ask for proof of age and suspend an account if the age requirement is not met.

Your account

Each player may open only one personal account, and more than one account can lead to the account being closed and payouts suspended. Do not let anyone else, including minors, use your account. Our website is for personal use only, and you confirm that you do not use a VPN. If we find an overlap of IP addresses between accounts, we may confiscate funds or suspend access.

Verification

You must send the documents we ask for within the deadline we set, such as passport details, an ID card, proof of residence and statements showing the source of your funds. If documents are refused, or do not match your account details, we may close the account and confiscate the funds in it. Checking documents can take up to 30 working days after we receive everything we asked for.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent, which is 30 AUD. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name, and third-party payments are not accepted. If you deposit and place no bets, we may charge our fees when you withdraw.

Withdrawals

The minimal withdrawal amount is €20 or the equivalent, and the maximum depends on the payment method. You can take out up to €3,000 or the equivalent since your last successful cashout and €15,000 per month, and VIP members up to €5,000 and €20,000. A processing fee may apply if your bets since your last deposit total less than three times that deposit. We may check your identity before a payout and hold the payout until the check is complete.

Dormant accounts

An account becomes dormant after six consecutive months without account activity. While a positive balance remains, we may charge a monthly administrative fee of at least €20 and we inform you by email.

Bonuses

Each offer is limited to one per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone, account, card, e-wallet and device. Only one bonus can be active at a time, deposit bonuses cannot be combined and you can cancel or refuse any bonus. Players from restricted countries are not eligible for any bonus. All bonus times are in UTC.

Fair play

Collusion, strategies aimed at unfair winnings, chargebacks, forged documents, more than one account and other cheating can lead to account closure and cancelled payouts. If you find a software error, please report it to us and do not use it.
